I do not have a sideline life. I told this to my mother once. I wanted her to understand why I did not take the traditional path, seek the promising secure road, and make the building of a cozy nest with a hubby and kids priority one. And maybe, too, I needed myself to understand why I diverged from the formula that was laid out for me in my development.
